  • Living with anxiety, sadness, or a sense of emptiness

  • Experiencing chronic pain, tension, digestive issues, or poor sleep

These aren’t signs something is wrong with you, they’re signs that something happened to you. The pain, trauma, and wounds have to go somewhere.
