I can gently guide you towards healing and relief without having to relive those painful past experiences. With a trauma-informed body based approach we can help you feel safe, centered, and connected again. You will gain awareness, compassion and confidence to face life’s challenges. Feel less alone, and spend your energy on the things that matter most to you in life.

I don’t just think this is possible, I know it’s possible, because I was in some of the same places you were. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve struggled, how old you are, or how many things you’ve tried, we now know through neuroscience that our bodies and brains were designed to heal!

Life can take us to places we never thought or imagined we’d be in. Disappointments, setbacks, losses, can leave us disillusioned and unsure how to move forward. Often we diminish how hard or painful something has been and try to get through it on our own. It can feel incredibly hard to allow someone into those places after all we’ve been through. But this journey isn’t meant for you to go alone. Research shows we need one secure supportive relationship to heal with.
